A Denver Roofing Contractor You Can Trust
Built on trust and transparency, we work with you to keep your home safe.
Keep Your Home Protected
Your roof plays an essential role in protecting your home from the weather in Denver. You would never gamble with the well-being of your home and family, so you need a contractor you can trust.
Many contractors can be pushy salesmen. They are interested in earning a quick project that makes them the most money for the least amount of labor. They’ll cut corners, use low-quality products, and rush installations. Once they’re finished and you’ve paid them, they’ll vanish and you’ll never hear from them again.
You and your home deserve better.
We stand by our core values of integrity, transparency, and craftsmanship because we’re committed to helping you. Starting from our free inspection and continuing throughout the lifetime of your home, we will be by your side, answering any questions you have and ensuring you receive the help you need, even if that isn’t the most profitable for us.

Your Trusted Roofing Partner
Other contractors are only looking for a quick flip and leave nothing but a bill. That’s not us.
Nations Crest Exteriors is built on transparency and trust. We want to stand by you at every step in the process and moving forward into whatever the future holds for us. We want the best for your home, and we will take the time to ensure you are educated and comfortable with every decision you make.
3-Tier Roofing Inspection
You can’t make decisions without all of the information, which is why we always start with a Nations Crest Exteriors (NCE) 3-tier inspection.
1st Tier
In the first tier, we inspect from the ground up around your home. It may seem counterintuitive to inspect the other areas around your home when you want your roof repaired, but we need a complete picture of your property. It helps us learn more about how the weather is affecting your home, including any potential risks from trees or overhangs that could damage your roof, as well as other surrounding details. We want to assess the overall integrity of the property.
2nd Tier
The second tier of the inspection focuses on the siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Other contractors often overlook these items, but they play a crucial role in protecting your home from water damage. We check for bad drainage, missing ice and water shield, improper pitch, and more. We inspect everything to ensure nothing goes overlooked.
Final Tier
The final tier of inspection is your roofing system as a whole. We inspect everything on your roof, from the granulars on shingles to the flashing on your chimney. This enables us to provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your roof’s health.
Finishing Touches
Once we’re done with the inspection, we write a comprehensive report detailing everything we’ve discovered. This assessment reveals both the strengths and weaknesses of your roof and also serves as the foundation for future quarterly inspections that help us identify potential problem areas, allowing us to catch and address issues early.
Roofing Installation
When installing your roof, we combine speed and quality, ensuring you receive the best possible quality without prolonging the project and leaving your home unprotected from the elements.
We provide an industry-leading top labor warranty, so we always do what is right when installing your roofing system. We pay attention to every detail from the decking to the ridge cap so that your roof is up to code and installed according to manufacturer specifications. This will help your roof to last longer and allows us to offer a lifetime warranty.
When you’re home, you should be able to relax. That’s why we take the worry from you, and remove all trash, nails, and debris created in the installation process. When we’re done, the only thing you should be looking at is your new roof.
Roofing Replacement
Depending on the quality of your roofing materials, the weather we’ve had, and the installation process, an average roof has a lifespan of around 20 years. Some roofs can last twice as long, but sooner or later, your roof won’t be able to protect your home like it used to. The NCE 3-tier inspection and report provide an objective view, allowing you to replace your roof when necessary.
As part of our replacement process, we safely remove and dispose of your existing roof in addition to the regular installation services.
Roofing Repair
Despite what you will hear from other contractors, roof installations and replacements are not always necessary. If there isn’t sufficient wear or damage on your roof, replacing it would be like buying a new car because one tire is flat.
Replacing your roof is a significant purchase, but it isn’t always necessary. Unlike other contractors who will always push for you to replace your roof, we believe in absolute transparency. We’ll let you know the best choice for your home, even if it’s not the most profitable option for us.
If your home requires a roofing repair, we will use high-quality materials to safely remove, repair, or replace the damaged sections without compromising the rest of your roof.
